Stock everything except wing weapons. The Arrow ships with empty S3 wing mounts; we slot 2× Lightstrike III S3 cannons — same energy-alpha family the Hornet PvP build uses, scaled down to S3 to match the Arrow's airframe. The chin gimbal mount keeps its stock anvl_arrow_turret assembly. Stock S1 power plant, dual S1 coolers, single S1 shield, S1 QDrive and radar — the Arrow has no room (or budget) for component swaps; the build is the airframe.
