Most of the gain is from the Aspis shield (better physical absorption against ballistic NPCs) and the four Shredder repeaters replacing stock body weapons (sustained DPS over alpha). Cost: ~11% higher EM signature — fine for bunkers since ground NPCs don't run capital scanners; bad if you're trying to slip past a destroyer.
